That will keep the AAA race as the last of the day – allowing the District schools that travel the furthest to participate in the last race of the day.

·         Soccer (Brian Durkin): New Soccer Chairperson Brian Durkin led a discussion regarding areas of concern following last year’s championships, in particular, the scheduling of championship venues. In last year’s format the higher seed served as the home team throughout the tournament, including the championship games. A motion was made by Tim Hopkins, seconded by Brian Durkin, to revise the format and play the finals at neutral sites. Motion Defeated 6-3. Following further discussion, a motion was made by Bill King, seconded by Ben Tolerico, to approve the format for this year’s championships. All Ayes. It will be posted on the webpage and sent to the Athletic Directors.
